A forum-goer's guide to posting pictures

This is a guide to posting pictures using image shack.

First, save the picture you want to your hard drive. I will use this one:


Then, proceed to www.imageshack.us, click the browse button, select your file, and click "host it!"





Copy the direct link from the page, as shown below




To post this picture on the forums, past the direct link on the forum and place around it.
For example, if my direct link was "Icanhascheezburger", the posting link would be

To take screenshots, press the Print screen button on your keyboard to the right of the F12 button and above the delete button.
Open up paint, and Control-v(paste). Do whatever cropping you need, save, and proceed with the above procedure.

Yea, I just saw alot of links in the pictures section that I couldn't fix because I'm not moderator in those sections. Thought I'd make a quick guide.

Nice, just added an extra [img]. You can also host using the host button on the toolbar.
