My Suggestions...

1)Change all arrows to arrow tips , (There is no need to do fleching atm...)
2)Take off from shop dragon longs (Make an Npc that has nice amount of hp let say about 500-1000 that drops : Dragon Longs ,Dragon Meds , Dragon Battle Axes , Dragon Hallys , Dragon Daggers.)
3)Change that Two Hands need lvls. ( atm a lvl 3 can wear Rune2Hands...)
4)Take Off rune two hand from shop(You can make comb 70 fast to kill dad and its not hard to kill it with addy two hand, it will just become booring if u can buy it from shop...)
5)Remove All mystic armors from shop (make a monster that drops mystics... )
6)Make a monster that drops granite maul because it is the nr1 wep for pures...
7)remove blue , red , black d hide sets from shop (than ppl will do craft because they can get money with it) allso add only green d hide set into shop.
8)Add a shop that sells Quest SkillCape (Just For Nicer Eq and more fun!!!)
9)Make Summoning Cape a Rare that can get only from Clue.
10)Add C Bow and C Shiled (with bonus and Nice dmg) {I think its not added}
11)Make about 2 Mods who has to check Boss Monsters so no1 cloud Ice Bosses)
{About every 30 mins a check}[Allso make them commands that bring them fast to every boss]

What I think:
1) This statement contradicts itself. Why would you change all arrows to arrow tips if there is no need to do fletching?
2) You could also add it to the KBD, because it doesn't drop much right now
3) The scimitars also do not require attack levels to use. I remember using a rune scimitar at level 1 attack.
4) Dad also drops other rune items, so I'm not sure why it would be boring. I think that all Bronze-Rune weapons are weak enough to be in shops
5) Mystic is to Magic as Dragonhide is to Range. This is a staple Magic armor. Perhaps if you replace it with wizard robes, maybe, but there are many other armors that give more magic bonus than mystic.
6) Since there are no special attacks, the granite maul is useless to pures. Also, you can equip rune weapons at level 1 attack. The PK box also has no combat limits, so why would you need to make a pure?
7) This is an alright idea if crafting is released already. (I've never seen needles or thread)
We don't even have quests right now. Skill capes are a way to show off your character. If everybody has one, what is the point?

11) I think that Cartman is working on a way to stop the freezing of bosses.

Allso i don't relly think that R2hs are good for shop. they like cost 60k with 71 bonus (i think ) so its nearly whip (+-92 bonus) just that whip gives {ATK,STR,DEF}

Skillcapes like summoning and questpoint skillcape would be a good way for ppl to join. Most ppl want to wear Skillcapes , and if its rare you don't have to get stat 99 to wear one. I think about 3 from 11 would come play here because server has nice features and 2 skillcapes are rare.. Or something like that.

allso the arrow thing. if you remove all arrows beside bronze than ppl who get fleching high can get some profit, and more ppl would be dooing fleching...

at the shop mystic should be removes with monk set and anicent you hit allredy 20s
with magic 25...

allso Granite maul actually isnt only for pures. You can Wear it with Shield. So think about a Wep with a 91 bonus isnt so bad to be added???

raider ice queen drops a crystal shield and crystal bow its just the crystal bow isnt fixed yet and no we are not letting u wear those skillcapes or else there would be no skillers.
